On Farmer Wants A Wife tensions ran high as the farmers prepared for the emotional black-tie dinner, a key moment ahead of their final decision.
After heartfelt one-on-one conversations at the farm farewell, Farmer Jack made the difficult call to send Monique home, telling her it was a lack of romantic spark that led to the decision, despite their compatibility. This left Olivia, Sarah, and Hayley still vying for his heart.
“Sometimes you can have all the logical things align,” Jack explained. “You want the same thing, but perhaps the romantic connection just isn’t quite there.”
The next day, Jack and Farmer Corey left the farm and headed to the city with their remaining ladies for the final group event: the Black-Tie Dinner.
Host Natalie Gruzlewski welcomed the group and set the tone for the evening, revealing that honesty would be the theme; a final opportunity to voice doubts and dig deep into their feelings.
But the stakes quickly rose: Natalie announced that Jack would need to send another woman home by the end of the night.

The black tie ball was the farmers chance to decide who would go through to the final round.
At Jack’s table, Sarah made it clear she believed she had the strongest connection, referencing the romantic and physical chemistry she shared with him. She even said she’d be “hurt” if he kissed either Olivia or Hayley.
That sparked a discussion about future plans, especially around children. Olivia clarified that while she didn’t want kids “right now,” she had envisioned a family and was open to the idea, just not now.
“I don’t want to be defined solely as a mother,” she said, “but I know it’s possible for me if I’m with the right person.”
The conversation resonated with Jack, who later invited Olivia outside for a private moment. The pair shared their first kiss, cementing her place as one of his top two.
Shortly after, Jack made the difficult decision to let Hayley go. While disappointed, she acknowledged the lack of romantic spark and left graciously.
“I’m sad, but I know it’s not the end,” she said.
Corey’s final two emerge
Meanwhile, Farmer Corey used the dinner to dig deeper with Keeley and Chloe. He asked the women who they believed was the better match for him.
Keeley pointed to their emotional compatibility, while Chloe highlighted her resilience and her enthusiasm for farm life.
“I want to back myself,” Chloe said. “I think I’d be a great match. A better match.”
Corey appreciated their openness but said he was looking forward to meeting their families to see how he might fit into their lives off the farm.
“Meeting their families should give me a lot more clarity on how I’d slot into their life,” he said.
