TV Guide: State of Origin II on Nine and 9Now

State of Origin II

State of Origin II will be live and free on Channel Nine and 9Now on Wednesday, June 21 at 7:00 pm AEST.

The series is on the line for the New South Wales Blues as they go up against the Queensland Maroons who are only one victory away from glory, looking to claim victory in their home state at Suncorp Stadium. State of Origin II takes place live and free on Channel Nine and 9Now on Wednesday, June 21 at 7:00 pm AEST.

After winning the first game in Adelaide, Billy Slater’s Maroons are looking to clinch the series 2-0, with a home-ground advantage.

With the odds against New South Wales, coach Brad Fittler knows his team is facing an uphill battle to square the series.

Led by James Tedesco, the Blues feature Josh Addo-Carr, forward Liam Martin and new halfback Mitchell Moses, but face a daunting task containing Maroons stars Cameron Munster, Reece Walsh and Ben Hunt.

Nine’s Wide World of Sports’ exclusive Origin coverage will be hosted by James Bracey and feature Origin legends Andrew Johns, Cameron Smith, Johnathan Thurston, Phil Gould, Darren Lockyer, Paul Vautin and Paul Gallen on hand to dissect every moment of the match.

Rounding out the team is Danika Mason, delivering all the breaking news in the lead-up to kick-off, along with Allana Ferguson, and Mathew Thompson in the commentary box, where he will be joined by Andrew Johns and Cameron Smith

9Now will also stream the game live with three additional second screen streams:

• Player Cam QLD – Reece Walsh
• Player Cam NSW – Mitchell Moses
• Spidercam – An eagle-eye view of the game.
