2019 results: Best/worst
Best 10+ 13.9% (11.9%)
Best breakfast 13.5% (10.8%)

Strong recovery to end the year after a shocker in survey 7. All dayparts grew, none more than drive with Will and Woody up 3.0 to 15.2% while evening was up 2.7 to 12.9%.

2019 results: Best/worst
Best 10+ 12.0% (10.3%)
Best breakfast 10.9% (9.4%)

After a market-leading result in survey 7, Nova has eased back a little in the last survey before Ben & Liam arrive at the station to take charge of breakfast in 2020. Despite a big challenge from Mix, Nova holds firm again at #1 in drive with Kate, Tim and Marty on 15.7%. Station is new #1 25-39.

Fiveaa 10.9% (10.3%)

2019 results: Best/worst
Best 10+ 11.1% (9.0%)
Best breakfast 14.2% (11.1%)

David Penberthy and Will Goodings can lead celebrations here as they record their best breakfast share of the year with 14.2% keeping them Adelaide’s #1. Good results too in morning and evening where programs hosted by Leon Byner and Jeremy Cordeaux were up. The next time we write about Fiveaa ratings Tony Pilkington will be getting his first results from his afternoon shift which launches January 20.

Cruise 1323 9.6% (9.4%)

2019 results: Best/worst
Best 10+ 9.3% (8.6%)
Best breakfast 7.1% (5.9%)

Breakfast lifted 1.0 which helped the 10+ share edge higher. Ending the year with a bigger share than two of the market’s FM brands (Hit and Triple M) is a strong finish.

2019 results: Best/worst
Best 10+ 10.0% (7.9%)
Best breakfast 9.7% (7.1%)

The station has had four better surveys this year, but after a 7.9% in survey 5, this isn’t too bad a way to end the year. Breakfast had its sixth consecutive survey under 9% after surveys 1 and 2 were above. Station narrowly lost leadership 25-39 to Nova.

5MMM 8.6% (9.7%)

2019 results: Best/worst
Best 10+ 10.0% (8.4%)
Best breakfast 10.1% (8.2%)

Tough survey with breakfast down 1.3 to 8.7%. Other dayparts didn’t fare much better with morning down 1.9 to 10.4% and afternoon down 1.4 to 12.0%. Triple M is hurting 40-54 with share down 4.0 to 12.1%.
