Qualifying Final: Collingwood vs. Melbourne kicks off at 7:00 pm AEST on Channel 7 and 7mate

The 2023 AFL finals series roars into action on Seven this weekend with four major matches, featuring the game’s biggest stars over three nights.

One of the most open finals series of recent times will get off to a big start on Thursday night when minor premiers Collingwood face Melbourne in a qualifying final at the MCG. The live and free coverage of Qualifying Final 1 starts at 7.00 pm AEST on Channel 7 and 7mate.

Then, on Friday Night Footy, 2022 Brownlow medallist Patrick Cripps will lead his club to its first final in 10 years, when Carlton takes on the Sydney Swans in a do-or-die elimination final at the MCG from 7.00 pm, live and free on Channel 7 and 7mate.

On Saturday, a double-header is set to go featuring:

• St Kilda and the Giants in Elimination Final 2 at the MCG from 2.30 pm AEST on Channel 7
• The in-form Brisbane Lions face a dominant Port Adelaide outfit in Qualifying Final 2 at The Gabba from 7.00 pm AEST on Channel 7 and 7mate.

The commentary team that will lead Seven’s finals coverage boast a group of the game’s greatest finals players ever.
