Stranger Things on Netflix has made another clean sweep of the TV demand charts in Australia and New Zealand for the fifth week in a row.

Season four has come in at 111.37 points above the market average in Australia and 54.4 points in New Zealand.

Earlier this week, Stranger Things released its highly anticipated trailer for part two of season four – and it shows the Hawkins kids faced with even more terror from monster Vecna than ever before.

As the release date for volume two quickly approaches, Running Up That Hill singer, Kate Bush spoke in a rare interview with BBC Radio 4 explaining how the song’s popularity shocked her.

“It’s such a great series, I thought that the track would get some attention,” Bush told BBC. “But I just never imagined that it would be anything like this. It’s so exciting. But it’s quite shocking really, isn’t it? I mean, the whole world’s gone mad.”

Season three of The Boys on Amazon Prime has ranked second in Australia and New Zealand, with 36.39 points and 28.55 points respectively. The series is based on the comic book of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson and is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good.

Ranking third across the board is Obi-wan Kenobi with 33.15 points above average in Australia and 28.15 points in New Zealand. The season finale was released on June 22 on Disney+ as a second season is yet to be confirmed.

Our Flag Means Death has loitered near the top for weeks now, placing fourth in Australia’s digital originals (22.87 points) and fifth in the overall shows. In New Zealand, it came in at fifth in the digital originals charts (18.38 points) and seventh overall.
