Taboola has launched an advertising platform designed for generative AI companies – including chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI services – opening up the monetisation engine that powers DeeperDive, its AI answer engine, to the broader AI ecosystem.
The announcement, made on 17 June 2026 and timed to coincide with Cannes Lions 2026, enables AI-focused platforms to surface contextually relevant ads in response to user queries, drawing on Taboola’s Realise ad platform and its proprietary intent graph.

How DeeperDive works
DeeperDive is a generative AI answer engine embedded across publisher websites that converts editorial content into interactive conversational experiences.
The platform generates tens of millions of AI-powered answers each month for more than 7 million users, powered by Nvidia accelerated computing.
Taboola’s Realise platform drives advertiser demand into the ads that appear within DeeperDive results, connecting tens of thousands of direct advertiser relationships to high-intent user queries.
Opening the infrastructure
With the new offering, third-party generative AI platforms can integrate the same monetisation infrastructure.
Taboola says that if a user asks a platform about buying a home, the platform can surface a relevant mortgage advertisement, blending utility with commercial return.
