The final stop on Sunrise’s 5 Countries in Five Days global trek has screened with the hosts farewelling the audience as they splashed in a pool in Cancun holding cocktails.
There were travel dramas too with the airline overbooking the flight, meaning they might have had to leave some of the team behind in Toronto. There was some debate about just how crucial the make-up person was!
Their Friday destination was a Cancun resort with lots of honeymooners. Most of the show was spent by the pool. As Kochie noted at one stage: “The new fashion in bikinis is interesting.”
There was plenty of behind-the-scenes footage again, not just over the previous 24 hours, but also some recaps of the week. That is something that seems to resonate with viewers as the show again kept a good lead over Today.
