• “Sebastian and Lani embody the spirit of Yahoo.”

Longtime Yahoo alumni Lani Tweddle and Sebastian Graham have been promoted to Community, Leadership, and Operations Partner APAC and Director of native APAC respectively, effective immediately.

In his five years with Yahoo, Graham has been instrumental in Yahoo’s native commercial and partnership strategies for Australia and New Zealand. Graham will lead the demand and supply side of Yahoo’s native advertising APAC ad technology platforms.

Tweddle is assuming the newly created role, moving on from his eight years as Executive Assistant to VP – Head of APAC Paul Sigaloff and two years as the Corporate Social Responsibility Country Lead.

With an expansive knowledge base of the business and stakeholders both internal and external, Tweddle will lead people-first strategies across Yahoo’s company culture, internal and external communications and the company’s broader community impact.

On the promotions, Paul Sigaloff, Vice President & Head of APAC said: “Sebastian and Lani embody the spirit of Yahoo. They’re passionate about making a difference whether that be to our clients and their businesses, within our products to drive performance excellence, or with our stakeholders and the community at large to create a positive impact. I’m looking forward to supporting them in their new, well-deserved leadership positions.”

In 2021, Yahoo was inducted into UnLtd’s Hall of Good, for recognition of its outstanding partnership with Musicians Making A Difference, an Australian charity that aims to transform young people’s lives through music. This achievement is largely attributed to Tweddles instrumental role in the transformation of Yahoo to a purpose-driven organisation, with social good at the core of every action of the business.

Tweddle and Graham’s appointments follow a number of recent promotions to APAC roles including Paul Sigaloff, Dan Richardson, and John McNerney. The promotions cap off Yahoo’s strong growth of its native products across Australia and New Zealand, measuring an increase in demand of 164% over the past 12 months.
