The promotion comes after a year of client growth wins.

Foxcatcher has promoted Alex Warren to Head of Sales, expanding his remit to lead the company’s national sales strategy as the programmatic media business looks to grow its client relationships across Australia.

Warren, who joined Foxcatcher 12 months ago, will continue reporting to General Manager Varun John in the new role.

The company said the promotion reflects Warren’s role in growing Foxcatcher’s client base and driving its Sydney sales operation, while helping position the business as a “differentiated, programmatic solution to client challenges.”

National sales remit expands

In his new position, Warren will oversee sales strategy across Australia, with a focus on building new partnerships and strengthening existing client relationships.

John said Warren’s client-first approach had made him a strong fit for the role.

“Alex has consistently shown that understanding client challenges is the foundation of meaningful growth. As head of sales, he brings that insight, alongside trust and a disciplined programmatic approach, to deliver Foxcatcher’s infrastructure, Worldview, where it matters most.”

Warren said he was grateful for the support of both clients and the broader Foxcatcher leadership team.

“First and foremost, I’m grateful to our wonderful clients and partners for the trust placed in Foxcatcher’s hands to deliver tangible outcomes where both our businesses can grow. Special thanks to the Foxcatcher leadership team for their confidence in me – a group that is immensely respected in the market. I look forward to the new challenges of delivering long-term, sustainable success for our clients, current and new.”

Foxcatcher is part of the RyanCap group of marketing, data and technology businesses. Its proprietary media planning and activation platform, WorldView, uses algorithmic trading technology to support programmatic advertising performance.
