Crocmedia all-star AFL Nation team ready for 180+ games on 240 stations

Peter Donegan and Sandy Roberts return to lead the call team

Crocmedia has unveiled its full list of expert commentators, including ex-players, coaches and opinion makers.

Expert commentary on AFL Nation in 2017 is presented by Red Energy’s 100% Australian energy supply. The “Red Energy experts” will deliver commentary on over 180 games during the home and away season to over 240 different frequencies across Australia in the widest coverage ever delivered under the AFL Nation umbrella.

The AFL Nation expert commentary team will be supported by some of the best play-by-play commentators in football.

Peter Donegan and Sandy Roberts return to lead the call team, with commentator Stephen Quartermain making his long-awaited return to the commentary box to call Saturday afternoon football on AFL Nation.

Award-winning Herald Sun journalist Glenn McFarlane returns to the team, providing news and analysis on Friday night and Saturday afternoon broadcasts. Women’s Football reporter Ros Lanigan also returns to the team on Friday nights to call alongside Roberts, Billy Brownless and Tristan Foenander.

Crocmedia head of football Julian Bayard said the AFL Nation Red Energy expert team would provide unrivalled insight into the 2017 season.
