Century 21 has launched a new video podcast series, Home of the Century, marking its push into social-first property content at scale.
The eight-part series spans social, streaming and audio platforms, aiming to give Australians guidance on major property decisions, from buying and selling to renovating.
Betting on video podcasting
The launch comes as video podcasts gain traction, with more than two in five Australians now consuming the format, while 91% of brands report stronger ROI from creator-led content.
Hosted by Erin Holland and Darren Palmer, the series blends expert advice with real-life stories, from first-home buyers to families rethinking how and where they live.
Content at scale
Each episode is designed to generate more than 30 pieces of content for use across recruitment, client engagement, social and PR, supported by targeted distribution.

Charles Hoatson
Executive Director of Marketing Charles Hoatson said the strategy reflects a shift away from traditional advertising.
“Video podcasting is the new frontier in connection… allowing us to control distribution, measure engagement, and connect with audiences in a way traditional advertising can’t,” he said.
Built for modern audiences
The series features insights from Century 21 leaders, including founder Charles Tarbey and auctioneer Peter Matthews, alongside everyday Australians.
The project was developed with LM Collaborations and produced by MIK, with distribution supported by an iHeart partnership.
Home of the Century launches on 7 May, with new episodes released weekly.
