Mix 102.3 has remained the top radio station in Adelaide despite continuing to slide, now down 2.9 points across the last two surveys. However, It still remains a point clear of its closest competitors Cruise 1323 and 5MMM heading into the new year. Erin Phillips and Mark Soderstrom’s breakfast share also continues to be trimmed down as the show remains the #3 commercial breakfast program. Will and Woody‘s national drive show has also fallen to #3 as well.
The station also lost the top spot in the 40-54 and 55-64 demos.

5MMM has had a strong end to the year with its share now the highest it’s been since survey 3 earlier this year. Laura ‘Loz’ O’Callaghan only joined 5MMM shortly before survey 7 but she has been a lucky charm for the station which has the top FM breakfast show in Adelaide after the show registered a 12.2% share. The 2.1 points gained by the breakfast team this survey puts them dangerously within range of chasing down longtime breakfast kings Fiveaa next year. 5MMM is also now the top station for 40-54.

David and Will might be nervous in the breakfast slot for the first time in a while after the progress 5MMM has made. The pair still have a commercial market-leading 12.6% despite dropping 1.0 points. The station is still the #1 commercial station for 65+.
