oOh!media delivers a six with new Cricket Australia collaboration

The agency has scored across six Out of Home networks, connecting fans and brands nationwide.

oOh!media has signed a deal with Cricket Australia to bring live scores, highlights, and updates from the 2025–26 NRMA Insurance Men’s Ashes Series across six of its Out of Home environments.

Commencing from the 21st November, the campaign will bring the excitement of one of Australia’s biggest sporting events to millions of fans through oOh!’s Airport, Road, Retail, Street, Rail, and Office digital networks.

The collaboration paves a dynamic way to reach cricket fans beyond the stadium and engage them in real time throughout the summer.

Energy Beyond the Grounds

Mark Fairhurst, Chief Revenue Officer at oOh!media, said the partnership connects advertisers with audiences immersed in one of the nation’s favourite sports.

“Cricket is one of Australia’s favourite summer rituals, and last year’s Boxing Day Test drew a massive crowd of more than 370,000 people at the MCG,”

“Those fans spill into streets, bars, restaurants, and retail spaces, right where our Out of Home assets are. For brands, it’s an unrivalled opportunity to be part of the action and connect with audiences through engaging content that captures the moment,” Fairhurst added.

The 2025–26 Ashes Series is already setting records, with more than 308,000 tickets sold on the first day of pre-sale, nearly triple the previous record.

With demand continuing to surge, the series is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Ashes in recent history.

Teresa Basile, Head of Brand and Marketing at Cricket Australia, said the partnership amplifies the sport’s cultural reach.

“The Ashes is more than a summer sporting event, it’s a rivalry that captures the attention of fans across Australia and around the world,”

“This collaboration helps us take that energy beyond the stadium, reaching fans in their everyday lives and giving brands a powerful way to be part of the experience.” Basile said.

The Ashes will open at Perth Stadium on 21 November, before heading to The Gabba, Adelaide Oval, Melbourne Cricket Ground, and ending with the Sydney Pink Test on 8 January 2026.
