Total TV Ratings for November 7, 2021

The Block had its final win of the year by dominating the November 7 total TV ratings. The grand finale had an average audience of 2.447m while the winner announcement had 2.916m tune one! Both segments were up on the overnight ratings by 14%.

On the ABC, Restoration Australia‘s final episode of the year had 866,000, up 13%, while the debut of Total Control season two had 804,000 viewers, up a robust 52%.

Celebrity MasterChef was the top show on 10 with 690,000 for its episode that saw Ian Thorpe sink instead of swim with his Eastern mess.

Nine

Nine has continued its Sunday night winning streak by registering the #1 primary channel (20.3%) and network share (28.7%) last night.

Parental Guidance has kicked off its third week of episodes with 487,000. This is the first Sunday night episode of Nine’s new franchise after The Block aired the last two weeks in the timeslot.

The episode saw Free Range parents Penny and Daniel , Tiger parents Kevin and Debbie, Strict parents Andrew and Miriam and Routine dads Brett and Tony enter the ‘Crowded House’ where they parented all the kids through the super challenges

60 Minutes then had 465,000 viewers. The episode featured stories filed by Sarah Abo and Tom Steinfort.

Seven

7NEWS Spotlight: Sex, Lies and Audio aired at 7pm on Seven, bringing in 489,000 viewers. The episode explored the allegations of sexual abuse against Prince Andrew and featured an interview with Steve Scully who was the communications specialist on Jeffrey Epstein’s private Caribbean Island.

Granny Killer: The Unsolved Murders then had 274,000 viewers as the doco explored if serial killer John Wayne Glover had killed more than the six murders he was convicted with.

The Sunday Project had 227,000 (6:30pm) and 381,000 (7:00pm) as the show covered the new climate change deal struck in Glasgow.

Celebrity MasterChef had 545,000 viewers as former football star Archie Thompson got kicked out of the competition after his tomato kibbeh salad didn’t feature enough of his special ingredient, wattle seed.

CSI: Las Vegas followed with 219,000.

Death in Paradise took the spot of Restoration Australia in the ABC’s Sunday night schedule, bringing in 399,000. This was followed by the second episode of season two of Total Control, with 326,000 tuning in.

SBS

Inside Central was the top program on SBS last night with 202,000 viewers.

STV

The T20 World Cup final had 86,000 on Fox Cricket (+ the audience on Kayo) watching Australia compete for the T20 World Cup title at 1am, with Mitch Marsh batting the Aussies to victory.
