In the first part of Seven’s Farmer Wants A Wife finale, David and Matt visited their ladies’ hometowns, before Matt chose Olivia and David chose Emily. The episode was up 27%, with 1,351,000 watching. 

MasterChef Australia saw the cooks use their favourite childhood memories as inspiration for the first elimination challenge of the season, with 834,000 tuning in, up 33%.

On the ABC, Grand Designs took 695,000 to the site of a Derbyshire Longhouse, up 19%.

The Summit launched on Nine, with 688,000 tuning in. Kitty was off to a rocky start, although it was ultimately Stephen who was cut loose (literally) first thanks to a twist from the Mountain’s Keeper. Up 27%.

Seven has won Sunday night with a primary share of 24.1% and a network share of 32.4%. It was a four way tie for top multichannel, with 7Two, 7Mate, 9Go!, and 10 Peach all coming in with 2.8%.

Seven’s Farmer Wants A Wife wrapped up the second part of its finale, with Farmers Brad and Brenton choosing the ladies to spend their life with. 737,000 tuned in as Brad chose Clare, and Brenton chose Sophie. 7News Spotlight then spoke to Charles Wooley about saving ‘Australian’s Amazon’ for 362,000. 

Earlier in the afternoon, Carlton took on Collingwood, with the Magpies taking the win 85-57 in front of an audience of 360,000. 

On Nine, the climbers continued making their way towards The Summit. 441,000 tuned in as the trekkers voted off Annikki, sending her off the mountain while the group claimed her $71,000. 60 Minutes followed, with 355,000 watching as the show looked into the massive US military build up in the South China Sea. 

Earlier in the afternoon, the Raiders hosted the Sea Eagles in Sunday Afternoon NRL, with the Sea Eagles coming in with a very convincing 42-14 win in front of 271,000. 

On 10, The Project (193,000 6:30pm / 305,000 7pm) looked back at Anthony Albanese‘s first year in power, and interviewed musician Dami Im. The MasterChef Australia kitchen was joined by show royalty, Julie Goodwin, who challenged the cooks to list ingredients in a seafood stew. 492,000 then tuned in as Jessica’s bread flour spaghetti sent her home in the elimination cook. 

On the ABC, John and Helen worked to build a high-tech wheelchair-accessible glass pavilion on Grand Designs, taking 417,000 along on the journey. The Messenger followed with 179,000, before a repeat of Suffragette brought in 73,000 viewers.  

Sunday means Bluey day on ABC Kids, with 492,000 tuning in for a new episode. 

The highest rating non-news show on SBS was Lost Beasts with 119,000.
