The ASX-listed insights firm is doubling down on America, with US revenue tracking at 2.5x the size of FY24.

Data and insights company Pureprofile has named Christina Statescu as Vice President of Sales for the United States, as the ASX-listed firm continues to scale its American operation on the back of strong double-digit growth.

Statescu, who is based in California, will focus on expanding Pureprofile’s US client base and will report to Andy Averill, Head of Data and Insights, US. The appointment adds to a growing American team that has accumulated more than 100 clients since entering the market.

A career built in insights

Statescu brings close to two decades of experience spanning market research, consumer insights, data, and technology. She joins from senior roles at Conclave Research and ThinkNow, where she led commercial strategy, built sales teams, and drove regional growth.

Her career also includes leadership positions at Numerator, ForeSee, Merkle, and Say Media.

Tim Potter, Managing Director of UK, EU and US at Pureprofile, said the hire reflects the company’s confidence in the US as a priority market.
“We’re delighted to welcome Christina Statescu to join our growing US team,” Potter said.

“The US is a strategically important market for Pureprofile, and we’re already seeing strong momentum with increasing demand for high-quality data and insights solutions.

“Known for her client-centric approach and deep understanding of the insights ecosystem, Christina brings extensive experience helping organisations leverage data and consumer intelligence to make better business decisions.”

US growth accelerating

The appointment comes as Pureprofile’s US business tracks year-on-year growth of 35% from FY25 to FY26, with the current financial year expected to be more than 2.5 times FY24 for the region.

The company has been a regular presence at US industry events, including Quirk’s Event New York, SampleCon, and IIEX North America.

Statescu said the move felt like a natural progression, having previously worked alongside members of the Pureprofile team.

“Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many members of the team as clients, partners, and friends, making this feel like a natural next chapter,” she said.

“Pureprofile’s culture, talent, and commitment to delivering valuable insights make it an exciting place to continue that work.”
