Atlassian Chief Marketing Officer, Zeynep Inanoglu Ozdemir, has announced her departure from the company, marking the end of a three-year chapter with the software giant.
The exit follows last week’s Atlassian Team event, which drew more than 4,200 in-person attendees and 13,000 online participants.
The event also featured more than 130 sessions, 160 press and analyst briefings, and a founder keynote that the executive said one investor described as “must-see TV for any SaaS CEO.”
A final milestone
In a LinkedIn post, Inanoglu Ozdemir said the event was their last major milestone at Atlassian.
“This event was my last major milestone at Atlassian, and it is a privilege to end a great chapter on this high note.
“I’m leaving Atlassian to dive into a new adventure, helping shape another corner of the AI universe.”
The executive described their time at Atlassian as “a source of inspiration and a badge of honor.”
“From the big achievements to the lessons learned in the trenches, it’s been an unforgettable three years,” she said.
The executive thanked Atlassian co-founders Mike Cannon-Brookes and Scott Farquhar, along with the company’s executive leadership team and marketing division.
The company has yet to name the next executive.
