After an incredibly hard few years, it feels as though the tide may finally be shifting for our incredible home grown talent, I’m proud to be able to play a part in ensuring their stories are heard.”

ARIA and PPCA CEO, Annabelle Herd, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Tiani to ARIA and PPCA. In late February, ARIA and PPCA welcomed NSW Labor party’s preelection commitment of $103 million for contemporary music in NSW.

Herd said: “This strong focus on the contemporary music industry in NSW is a very welcome commitment from a major party.

“Ahead of the election, it is vital that all parties recognise the huge cultural and economic potential that music can offer the state, provided it is given considered support. We urge all parties to follow suit so music in NSW can flourish.”

ARIA and PPCA joined industry colleagues to unveil a list of key requests ahead of the election and call for preelection commitments to contemporary music.
