The AFR launches new mobile app

The app will keep subscribers up-to-date and in the know throughout the day

The Australian Financial Review has launched a new universal app that is designed to be accessible across both iPhone and iPad and keep subscribers up-to-date and in the know throughout the day.

The Financial Review app, which is now available to be downloaded from the App Store, will be updated continuously with breaking news, in-depth analysis and commentary on must-read topics spanning business, markets, politics, leadership and lifestyle.

“Our experienced editors will ensure it has the right selection of stories, so you always know what the biggest events and developments of the day are,” Financial Review editor-in-chief Michael Stutchbury said.

“We know our readers are busy throughout the day, coming in and out of meetings, on and off planes, or even just commuting. Our new app has been designed to be an easy-to-navigate, fast app to meet these demands.

“All of the Financial Review’s much-loved sections are featured, including Street Talk, Chanticleer and Rear Window. A selection of our latest magazines means in-depth, thought-provoking coverage is never far away.”

The app is included for subscribers on the premium digital subscriptions package which costs $50 monthly.
