Integrated creative, media and marketing agency Vonnimedia has been appointed to manage creative and social media portfolios for Schwarzkopf Professional, alongside the Australian launch of Shiseido Professional.
The appointments, effective immediately, expand Vonnimedia’s long-standing relationship with Schwarzkopf Professional and mark a significant role for the agency as Shiseido Professional establishes its presence in the local market.
Expanded remit across two global hair brands
Under the new agreement, the Sydney-based agency will lead social media and creative services for both brands, spanning content creation, event content, media and performance.
Vonnimedia has worked with Schwarzkopf Professional for several years, building familiarity with the brand, its audience and the professional hairdressing community.
That history played a key role in securing the expanded remit, with the Schwarzkopf Professional team citing the agency’s industry knowledge and consistent delivery.
Both brands sit within Henkel’s professional beauty portfolio and are recognised for their influence in the global hair industry.
Schwarzkopf Professional has more than 120 years of innovation behind it and is stocked in over 150 countries worldwide.
Henkel acquired Shiseido Professional in 2023, taking control of the salon-only brand across Asia-Pacific, including Australia and New Zealand. Shiseido Professional launched locally last year, beginning with its Sublimic range, supported by a Sydney launch event at Oborozuki restaurant, where Vonnimedia led event content.
Client and agency perspectives
Henkel Beauty Care Professional marketing manager Elizabeth Tran said the partnership reflects trust built over time.
“Vonnimedia is my go-to team for social marketing. No job is too big or too small. They consistently deliver with passion, creativity, and precision. Their drive, knowledge, and commitment make them a pleasure to work with. We’re excited to see where our continued partnership takes us.”
Vonnimedia managing director Veronica Cremen said the agency is focused on deepening engagement and community-building.
