Veracity Research partners with The Marketing Club for Brisbane event on marketing effectiveness

Erin Core leads a Brisbane panel on brand, performance and creative effectiveness at The Precinct on 17 June 2026.

Veracity Research has partnered with the marketing community, The Marketing Club, to host a live panel event in Brisbane on 17 June 2026 to examine what effective marketing looks like in the current market.

The event, titled What Good Actually Looks Like, will be held at The Precinct in Fortitude Valley from 5:30 pm. It will bring together speakers across brand, creative, growth, performance, research, and data disciplines.

The speaker lineup

Veracity Research Managing Director Erin Core will appear alongside On The House Group Founder and Chief Executive Officer Remy Tucker, Avenue Crew Director Beau Newton, Alpha Digital SEO Manager Chelsea Hancock, Containers for Change Research and Insights Lead Sean Chan, FRANKIE4 Associate Director of Brand Dimity Edwards, and CC Digital Partners Director Elizabeth Forbes-Rohde.

“This session is about having honest conversations around what’s actually working right now in the marketing landscape,” Core said.

“We’ve gathered research, brand, creative, growth and performance leaders to unpack what ‘good marketing’ looks like in 2026 and what smart brands are doing differently across insights, data and execution.”

Core also noted the event would feature a conversation with Chan about Veracity’s long-running research partnership with COEX, the organisation behind Queensland’s container refund scheme.

“I’m excited for us to talk candidly about some of the ways we define and improve our measures of ‘good’ for container recycling and behaviour change,” she said.

Community focus

The Marketing Club Founder Chanel Clark said the event was designed to deliver practical takeaways rather than broad trend overviews.

“Everyone is talking about the importance of performance, growth and cut through in 2026, but what are the brands, marketers and teams actually doing differently right now?” Clark said.

“The panel of speakers are marketers who are all actively defining what good marketing looks like in this fast-changing era. They will explore everything from brand building and creative effectiveness, to paid performance, customer insights, audience behaviour and measurement.”

The Marketing Club has grown to more than 17,000 members across Australia and New Zealand since Clark founded it in 2022.

Veracity Research is the consumer insights, market research, and strategy division of Brisbane marketing and advertising agency BCM Group.

What Good Actually Looks Like will be held on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, from 5:30 pm at The Precinct, Fortitude Valley.
