Digital magazine app, Readly, has announced the signing of new Universal Magazines, giving its subscribers access to content in home, garden, automotive and health. This also marks a significant milestone for Readly, with all major Australian publishers now available for customers on the platform.

The all you can read magazine subscription app launched in Australia in 2020 and now has access to over 6300 national and international titles on the platform, including magazines and newspapers. Since the launch in Australia, the portfolio has continued to expand to include a local offering, with the team behind the digital app remaining committed to providing something for all readers.

Chris Couchman, head of content in Australia and New Zealand said the addition of these local titles is another step to deliver Australian readers the perfect mix of niche content as well as established lifestyle magazines.

Couchman said, “By welcoming these publications to the Readly portfolio we continue to engage new, diverse audiences and provide endless opportunities for our loyal readers to be entertained, educated and inspired.

This new content compliments our existing portfolio and expands the home, health and auto categories which speak to the interests of our Australian subscribers.”

Since the Company was founded in 2012, Readly has pioneered the market for digital magazine subscriptions. With the addition of Universal Magazines, Readly now collaborates with over 1200 publishers globally. Readly has subscribers in more than 50 countries and content available in 17 different languages.
