The Block continues its winning streak, topping non-news. The episode was up 35%, with 1,344,000 tuning in as Ankur and Sharon decided to finish their mailbox rather than show up for judging – thereby disqualifying them for the week. Later in the evening, The Hundred With Andy Lee lifted 19% for an audience of 634,000.

My Kitchen Rules had 917,000 watch Matt and KT plating up an indigenous-inspired menu based on Matt’s Yamaji heritage, lifting 26%.

The Masked Singer reveal was up 17%, with 917,000 watching as Michelle Williams took off the Microphone mask. The rest of the episode lifted 18% with 753,000 tuning in.

On the ABC, Great Southern Landscapes took 544,000 to find the place where John Olsen drew inspiration for his 1975 painting of Lake Eyre, up 16%.

Nine has won the night with a primary share of 22.2% and a network share of 30.2%. 7mate has topped multichannels with a 3.9% share.

On A Current Affair, 697,000 tuned in as the show covered the Chris Dawson guilty verdict, and tried to track down a million missing condoms. The Block turned up the drama, with the Grape Escape challenge seeing the couples try to recreate a Levantine Hill Samantha’s Paddock wine. 777,000 tuned in as Ankur and Sharon decided to Google the blend, giving them the challenge win and $50,000 worth of wine – much to the annoyance of the other teams. Nine’s most revealing show followed on, with 328,000 tuning in for The Hundred With Andy Lee.

Home and Away kicked the night off for Seven, with 475,000 coming along for the dramatics of Summer Bay. My Kitchen Rules was back in Kitchen HQ, with 478,000 watching as Kate and Mary, and Janelle and Monzir were named as the teams who will battle it out in tonight’s Grand Final.

On 10, The Project (212,000 6:30 / 316,000 7pm) also covered the guilty verdict of Chris Dawson, and interviewed boxer Harry Garside. The Amazing Race introduced 10 new teams, heading back to Morocco for a whole new leg of the race. 316,000 watched as the Vegan Warriors, Bren and Anja, were eliminated after hitting the mat last. Afterwards, The Cheap Seats interviewed Beau Ryan about his time hosting The Amazing Race for 268,000 viewers.

The ABC’s 7.30 was another current affairs show to cover the Chris Dawson guilty verdict, as well as interviewing former Fox News political editor Chris Stirewalt for 487,000. Great Southern Landscapes took 334,000 to Tower Hill in country Victoria to find the spot where Eugene Von Guerard painted his legacy painting of 1855. Finally, the return of Old People’s Home For Teenagers had 394,000 tune in as a new series of the experiment began.

The highest rated show on SBS was Great Coastal Railway Journeys with 164,000 tuning in.
