The Mint Partners is building its team adding two new senior hires, Melissa Dive and Megan Osborne along with a series of internal promotions.

The new hires and internal changes come as the brand and communications agency has a successful start to 2022 with an increased client portfolio and an expansion of current client servicing.

Genevieve Taubman, The Mint Partners managing director, said: “As the MINT client roster continues to grow, we have bolstered the team with new senior hires and promoted internally.

“Melissa and Megan both bring very strong credentials to the agency along with established client and industry relationships, a strong affinity with the luxury travel market and a demonstrated track record for delivering valued results,” she added.

Dive joins MINT in the role of account director and will be will be leading several of MINTs travel and luxury brands. Her new role comes after seven years in London working across a range of international travel brands.

The new account director has worked for Prewone International managing a range of luxury travel clients including Mavros Safaris, The Safari Collection in Kenya, Nihi Hotels, Indonesia and Costa Rica and SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain. Melissa will be leading several of MINTs travel and luxury brands.

Megan Osborne joins the agency as head of content and social, a newly created role to lead innovation, strategy, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, production and editorial.

An experienced content director with a passion for strategic customer-first executions, Osborne has led campaigns for brands across varied industries, including travel, food, not-for-profit, FMCG, home and architecture, culture and lifestyle. Osborne was most recently digital content director for Woolworths.

Taubman said: “Alongside the new hires, MINT is continuing to develop their current team and has celebrated a range of strategic internal promotions with Ambre Harford, taking on the role of group account director on her return from maternity leave, Emma Healy has been promoted into the newly created role of strategy and talent director, Nicole Craig is taking on the elevated new role of special projects director while Bree Nicholls has been appointed account director.”

Ambre has worked with MINT for over six years and will be working across MINTs client mix to ensure consistency and high-level delivery of projects for MINTs remit of more than 40 current clients.

Healy, also a long-standing MINT employee, will take on the new role of strategy and talent director created to champion communications strategy, planning and the overarching talent strategy of the agency.

The role will champion best in class on brand strategy and planning across the agency bridging the gap between PR led talent and social media talent, to create on brand partnerships with purpose for clients.

Megan Osborne

Craig, a senior account director with MINT has taken on a new role as special projects director collaborating with MINT client teams to lead the strategy, planning and execution of large scale events, activations and high-profile media moments – an area of the business that has significantly increased following the return of face-to-face meetings and large-scale consumer events.

Nicholls recently celebrated three years at MINT and has been promoted to account director. She will continue to manage a range of MINT’s luxury hotel accounts, luxury brands and events and activations.
