TFM Digital lands second AFR Fast100 spot

It’s one of the only media agencies to appear in the 2025 cohort.

TFM Digital has secured a place on the Australian Financial Review’s Fast100 list for the second year running, cementing its status as one of the only media agencies to appear in the 2025 cohort.

The independent digital shop delivered a CAGR of 30.4 percent over FY23–25, putting it among Australia’s fastest-growing companies at a time when much of the market is contending with slower spend and tighter client budgets.

The agency’s performance through 2025 included welcoming 20 new clients and expanding its full-funnel suite across media buying, programmatic, SEO, paid and organic social, and traditional channels.

CEO Taylor Fielding says the recognition reflects a culture built around reinvestment and long-term thinking: “Super proud of the team for this recognition. Making the FAST100 list, especially as one of the only media agencies in 2025, feels pretty epic. It’s a massive testament not just to how hard we work, but to the way we run the business: backing our people and reinvesting profits into new initiatives and opportunities. That mentality has attracted fresh clients and led to real growth across the agency.”

TFM Digital has carved out a strong niche in the franchising and multi-location sector, a strategic foothold Fielding credits for the agency’s resilience.

“From day one, TFM Digital set out to do things differently in the franchising and multi-location space. The past 12–18 months have been challenging across the media industry, but our focus on this niche has helped us keep momentum and deliver results for both our clients and the team.

“Long-term sustainability, not ‘growth-at-all-costs’, is always front-of-mind for me. We’re committed to building a business where growth for our clients and for our people remain aligned,” Fielding added.

A multi-disciplinary model backed by culture

The agency continues to differentiate through a multi-disciplinary model that blends creativity with automation, advanced data analysis and AI-driven insights – a combination increasingly essential for brands with large, distributed customer footprints.

Its client portfolio spans fitness, health and wellness, retail, hospitality and government, with long-term partnerships and recent wins including Price Attack, Retail Food Group and Healthia.

TFM Digital’s growth recognition arrives on the heels of its 2025 Breakthrough Culture award from Australia’s Most Loved Companies To Work For, as well as progression into the second round of AFR’s Best Places To Work 2026.
