I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues to dominate the total TV ratings with yet another night as the top non-news program, this time thanks to a total audience of 963,000 tuning in, a 19% increase on its overnight ratings.

In a night heavy on repeats, The Big Bash League stood out with 494,000 viewers tuning in for the clash between the Brisbane Heat and Adelaide Strikers.

The Australian Open continues to be a boon for Nine as it has continued to push it to the #1 spot both in primary channel (22.0%) and network (30.6%).

The tennis continues to perform well in primetime with the night sessions bringing in 474,000 and 473,000 viewers respectively as Madison Brengle (USA) v Naomi Osaka (JPN) and Alexander Zverev (GER) v John Millman (AUS).

Night Session: 659,000 (474,000 & 185,000 regional)
Night Session 2: 623,000 (473,000 metro & 150,000 regional)

The Big Bash League had 291,000 viewers as Glen Maxwell put on a show in the Melbourne Stars big win over the Hobart Hurricanes.

10 is continuing to enjoy the new year as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues to perform. The program was the top non-news show of the night with 568,000 viewers.  

In the public broadcasting world, the ABC aired a repeat of Hard Quiz that got 369,000 viewers, while SBS aired a repeat of Great Australian Railway Journeys with 199,00 viewers tuning in.
