NRMA Insurance and Cricket Australia enter a new innings

NRMA Insurance will retain naming rights for all men’s Test Series played in Australia for another six seasons.

NRMA Insurance has extended its multi-year partnership with Cricket Australia, expanding its role as naming rights partner across both the men’s and women’s games.

The renewed deal cements NRMA Insurance’s long-term investment in the sport, strengthening its support from grassroots to the elite level ahead of what’s tipped to be one of the biggest summers of cricket in Australian history.

Building on the partnership established in 2022, NRMA Insurance will retain naming rights for all men’s Test Series played in Australia for another six seasons.

For the first time, the brand will also hold naming rights for the Women’s International Series for the next seven seasons, covering Test, One-Day International, and T20 International matches.

The expanded agreement positions NRMA Insurance as naming rights partner across both national sides while continuing as the Official Insurance Partner of Cricket Australia’s men’s and women’s teams.

‘Helping to elevate the profile of women’s cricket’

Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg said the deal reflects a shared ambition to grow the game and connect communities through purpose-led initiatives.

“We’re thrilled our partnership with NRMA Insurance is expanding with the brand’s continued support for the men’s competition and now helping to elevate the profile of our women’s team and their campaign for international success,” Greenberg said.

“Leveraging a shared, long-standing commitment to community and connection, this partnership will continue to deliver meaningful initiatives to benefit cricket at every level, from grassroots clubs to the national stage.”

‘Building on a century of protecting what matters’

NRMA Insurance CEO Julie Batch said the partnership aligns with the company’s centenary celebrations and growing national footprint.

“As NRMA Insurance continues to grow nationally, our ongoing partnership with Cricket Australia – in what’s set to be one of the most anticipated seasons ever for the Aussies – provides an unmatched platform to build deeper connections and exposure for our brand,” Batch said.

“In our centenary year, we’re building on our heritage of protecting what matters – helping the game so many of us love continue to thrive. From championing the growth of the women’s competition to supporting local clubs, we’re helping cricket endure as the heartbeat of Australian culture and communities.”

The partnership will be visible throughout the summer as NRMA Insurance presents the Ashes Trophy Tour, currently travelling the country ahead of the NRMA Insurance Men’s Ashes Test Series, which begins this November in Perth.
