• The trio will take to the airwaves to broadcast live for a whole week of shows from New Zealand

Nova’s Kate, Tim & Joel are heading back to New Zealand from Monday 13 June, as they partner with Tourism New Zealand.

The team will take to the airwaves to broadcast live for a whole week of shows from New Zealand. They’ll share details from their sight-seeing experiences, stories from the trip and give listeners the chance to experience a New Zealand holiday themselves – with the opportunity to win a trip every day whilst Kate, Tim & Joel are away.

Kate, Tim & Joel said, “Ever since we went to Auckland we’ve been dreaming of going to Wellington! We’re heading there Monday for a week of shows and it’s going to be huge!”

The trio will return to New Zealand after exploring Auckland in 2021, where they gave listeners the chance to win trips to Wellington, Hamilton & Waikato, Christchurch, Kaikoura and Nelson.

The Nova trio plan to check out some of Wellington’s tourist attractions – they’ll jump on the Cable Car to enjoy panoramic views of the city, wander through Hannah’s Laneway (Wellington’s hidden foodie gem), discover the native wildlife at Zealandia and take a helicopter over to Marlborough Sounds for lunch at the Bay of Many Coves.

Listeners can head to the website or download the Nova Player for a chance to win a trip to New Zealand. From 13 June people at home can tune into Nova’s Kate, Tim & Joel on the Nova Network or via the Nova Player and check out the show’s socials to follow the team’s NZ adventure.

Featuring a mix of topical and personal topics, the best of the web and a range of popular segments, including Monday’s Mailbag, Joel Jivin’ and Quick Draw, Kate, Tim & Joel has been Australia’s number one drive show for 40 consecutive surveys* with over 1.5 million listeners* tuning in.

Kate, Tim & Joel can be heard from 3pm to 6pm weekdays on the Nova Network around the country and will be live from New Zealand from 13 to 17 June. Listeners can catch up on the show by downloading the Nova Player to check out their daily podcast.
