Nova Entertainment appoints Tamara Pannett Melbourne sales role

“I really am excited about the opportunity to work with such highly regarded people and wonderful brands.”

Tamara Pannett (pictured) has been appointed to lead the Nova Entertainment commercial agency team as Melbourne head of agency.

Andrew Will, Nova Entertainment’s Melbourne commercial director and market lead, said, “We are delighted to welcome Tamara into the Nova Entertainment family. Our passionate people drive our success, and Tamara demonstrates the traits sought in all our staff – collaboration, innovation and connection. Tamara’s experience across numerous platforms will provide the necessary thought leadership to lead the Melbourne Agency team into ‘what’s next’.”

With over 13 years’ experience as a senior media sales and marketing professional, Pannett has extensive experience in digital and print advertising across all categories. She has held various roles during her career including head of sales and partnerships (Australia and New Zealand) for The Urban List, group sales manager for News Corp Australia, Compass Agribusiness Management’s marketing and sales manager and national sales and operations manager for NewsLifeMedia.

Pannett said, “I really am excited about the opportunity to work with such highly regarded people and wonderful brands. Nova Entertainment already creates and shares great experiences. 2019 brings a fantastic opportunity to further evolve this offering for our clients via the depth and breadth of channels, products and assets available.”

Pannett replaces Ben Dixon, who after over seven years in management positions at Nova Entertainment, is embarking on the next phase of his career partnering with Australia’s first commercial music streaming service provider QSIC.

Pannett will report directly to Andrew Will and will lead the Melbourne agency sales team.
