Kylie Macey: “We’re excited to work with this growing organisation to execute its Australia-wide campaigns”

Mediahub has been appointed as the media agency of record for home care provider, Silverchain, effective immediately.

As part of its broad remit, the media agency will provide strategy, creative media approaches and digital planning across search, social, programmatic data and analytics for the national Silverchain brand. The account will be managed out of Mediahub’s Perth office utilising the media agency’s strong Australian capabilities teamed with its global tools.

Kylie Macey, Mediahub Perth general manager, said: “Silverchain is an outstanding organisation that supports more than 115,000 people every year, so a broad and engaging approach is required that utilises the full breadth of our capabilities across all digital platforms. We’re excited to work with this growing organisation to execute its Australia-wide campaigns and to promote its many and varied care services.”

Macey said work would begin immediately, with two campaigns set to launch in the coming weeks. Silverchain provides a variety of in-home, palliative and aged care, allied health, social support and virtual care monitoring right across Australia.

Silverchain is the latest in a string of wins for Mediahub with several other major client appointments made in the past 12 months focussed on its digital capabilities, including St John WA, and City of Kwinana, among others.

It follows a major expansion of the agency’s digital capabilities across search, SEO, social, programmatic, data and analytics, including two senior hires in Perth.

Elyse Simich has joined the team as a senior performance manager, bringing more than six years’ experience across search and social, while Amber Dejong has joined as Performance Director, bringing 10+ years’ experience across programmatic, social, and first-party data.

“It’s been an exciting time for Mediahub,” Macey continued. “Our digital smarts are constantly evolving and expanding, we’ve got a brilliant team in place and the market is responding with appointments and new opportunities. Teamed with the appointment of our new national CEO Sue Squillace, Mediahub is in a strong pattern of growth and momentum, which we expect to continue throughout the remainder of 2023.”

Mediahub Perth is part of Attivo, a marketing services group with agencies in Australia and New Zealand including 303 MullenLowe, Harvey Cameron, Farrimond and Gorilla.
