OMD Australia has announced changes to its agency structure and the promotion of six key leadership team members from within.
 
The changes are a strategic evolution that builds on the foundation and legacy of two cornerstones of OMD’s business, trading and digital, to take the agency and its partners forward into the future.

Double J has welcomed Dylan Saville as a producer for Mornings with Zan Rowe. He was previously a podcast producer with ABC Audio Studios and ABC Heywire.

The Guardian Australia welcomes Adena Maier as content and audience editor in the publication’s Guardian Labs department. Maier was previously the lifestyle editor of Time Out Melbourne.

Broadsheet Media has announced several new appointments to its senior leadership team as it continues to scale and grow.
 
The new hires are across product, people and culture, and the commercial team.

• Madi Chwasta
joins triple J as a data journalist and analyst. She has relocated from Melbourne to Sydney, where she will be based for the next few months before returning to her role as digital reporter and radio producer for ABC Radio Melbourne in July.

The Project
welcomes back Troy Nankervis as a line-up producer on Sundays.

PubMatic announced the appointment of Sandro Catanzaro as VP of product management for CTV and Video.
 
Catanzaro will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap for the company’s fast-growing CTV and video businesses of the technology company.

welcomes Georgia Clelland as a journalist following the completion of her cadetship with News Corp Australia. She will cover general news and entertainment.

Quantcast announced new appointments to its APAC leadership team and commercial directors.
 
Sonal Patel has been named new managing director for Asia-Pacific (APAC), with a remit that oversees the global advertising technology company’s presence across Australia, New Zealand and all of Asia.
 
In addition, Daniel O’Connor has been named commercial director for ANZ at Quantcast, and Rueben Vijaratnam has been appointed sales director for Southeast Asia.

• Emily Angwin
has moved from Doha, Qatar, to her new base of Manila, in the Philippines. She will focus on roles as a freelance news anchor and journalist. She was previously senior news anchor at Al Jazeera English.

Townsville Bulletin
has appointed Blair Jackson as a reporter, covering politics. This follows his stint as a reporter for The Southland Times, in New Zealand.

The Central Western Daily
welcomes Grace Ryan, who begins as deputy editor. She joins after wrapping up her duties as a producer from Australian Community Media’s audience engagement team.

Talent has announced the appointment of Meagan Jeffery as the company’s new global chief information officer, effective immediately.
 
Jeffery will work closely with global CEO, Mark Nielsen, and the wider Talent team, focusing on building Talent’s technology function, leveraging enablers such as data and AI and also provide contractors and customer with the highest level of service.

Concrete Playground Sydney welcomes Orlaith Costello as branded content manager. She joins from The Plus Ones – Sydney where she was food and beverage specialist.
 
Atomic 212° has announced the addition of eight new staff to its Brisbane office, including a group account director and a planning and trading director.
 
The appointments follow the independent media agency’s recent win of the Entain Australia account – one of the largest pitches of 2022 – in November.

whiteGREY has announced the appointment of Hugo Agostinho as senior creative, further bolstering the creative technology agency’s capabilities.
 
Agostinho, a South American born-native, is a heavily awarded creative who previously held senior creative roles with VMLY&R In Dubai and UAE and prior to that was creative art director at TBWA Dubai, earning his stripes on big global brands.

moves into communications at Golf NSW as digital and communications officer. Her new role follows her stint as a journalist for WIN News.

Australian Community Media welcomes Anna McGuinness as a breaking news national journalist. She was previously a senior journalist at Shepparton News.

The Project
has appointed Abby Dinham as a segment producer The Project. This follows her role with SBS News as senior cross-platform journalist.

Broadsheet Media has announced several new appointments to its senior leadership team as it continues to scale and grow.
 
Cameron Ross
 joins the Broadsheet team as its first head of product, while Charlotte Miller joins as people and culture manager.
 
Simone Crick
 is promoted to director of operations, and Christina Voss to studio and strategy director. All positions will report to the general manager, Sian Whitaker, and are effective immediately.

• Jade Toomey
is set to relocate to ABC Canberra for a new temporary role as a reporter. She had been a reporter for ABC North Queensland.
 
• Brooke Chandler
has finished her duties as a journalist at WIN TV Central West.
 
Scentre Group’s BrandSpace has announced the addition of new team members in offices across Sydney and Melbourne to support its growth in 2023.

CHEP Network has welcomed the appointment of Paul Meates as executive creative director.
 
Meates returns home to Australia following a decade at Droga5 New York. His new role will see him lead the Sydney office’s creative talent and output, in addition to joining the agency’s national creative leadership team.
