Kayo Sports extends ‘Don’t miss a thing’ with zero ad-break policy

The campaign features FOX League’s Matty Johns and FOX Footy’s Jonathan Brown.

Kayo Sports has launched the next phase of its ‘Don’t miss a thing’ campaign, rolling out nationally ahead of the 2026 NRL, AFL and motorsports seasons.

The new creative spotlights Kayo’s live, ad-break-free coverage, positioning the streaming platform as a central destination for fans as the winter sporting calendar ramps up.

Matty Johns and Jonathan Brown lead new creative

The campaign features FOX League’s Matty Johns and FOX Footy’s Jonathan Brown performing Aerosmith’s I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing, tying directly into the platform’s long-running brand line.

The creative builds on momentum from what Kayo describes as a record-breaking summer, reinforcing its all-in-one sports proposition as the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, 2026 NRL Telstra Premiership, Formula One™ and Repco Supercars Championship get underway.

Alongside Johns and Brown, the campaign includes appearances from AFL and NRL players including Nick Daicos, Charlie Curnow, Will Ashcroft, Patrick Cripps, Marcus Bontempelli, Jarome Luai and Patrick Carrigan.

Live and ad-break free positioning

Kayo’s messaging centres on access and flexibility, highlighting that it will stream every match of every round of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and the 2026 NRL Telstra Premiership live, with no ad-breaks during play.

The platform will also carry every qualifying session and race of the Repco Supercars Championship and Formula One™ live and ad-break free during racing.

Foxtel Group managing director of marketing and revenue Dani Simpson said the campaign reflects what matters most to sports audiences heading into winter.

“As NRL, AFL, and motorsport heat up the winter calendar, our ‘Don’t Miss a Thing’ campaign leans into what matters most for Aussie sports fans. This winter, Kayo SPORTS is the place for fans who don’t want to miss a moment of action from their favourite sport. The fun, high-energy creative brings Kayo SPORTS ‘all-in-one’ proposition to life with the scale it deserves.”

National rollout across channels

Concepted and produced by BALBOA, Foxtel Group’s in-house creative agency, the campaign launched nationally on Sunday 15 February.

It is rolling out across television, online video, social, out-of-home, radio and print.
