Involved Media has promoted Jenn Reid to the new role of Group Account Director.
Reid will oversee the independent media agency’s client leadership function and report directly into National General Manager Dan Hojnik.
“We’re thrilled to see Jenn step into the role of Group Account Director,” Sarah Keith, Managing Director of Involved Media.
“Her media thinking, and deep client relationships have helped grow our independently verified Client Happiness score to a market leading 9.12/10.”
“This promotion reflects the impact she’s already made at Involved Media, and the confidence we have in what’s next.”
Reid joined Involved Media for 18 months ago, bringing experience as a media agency executive who has held senior agency roles at iProspect, Carat and Edge.
She was also Head of Marketing for clothing brand St Frock.
The media agency’s clients include major brands such as Hertz, Thrifty Car Rentals, Anytime Fitness, Stanley Black & Decker, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Better Help.
Earlier this year, Involved Media was appointed as the new media agency for CareSuper.
The independent media agency was tasked with overseeing media strategy, planning and buying for the superannuation brand, which late last year completed a merger with Spirit Super.
At the time, Sid Srinivasan, brand lead at CareSuper, said: “We were thoroughly impressed by Involved Media’s expertise, creative approach, and strategic insights. Our team sees this partnership as a key milestone, and we look forward to working closely with them to continue delivering meaningful outcomes for our members.”
Keith added: “We are exceptionally pleased to welcome CareSuper as a client. We have been deeply inspired by the strong parallels between our organisation, Challenger brands with an ethical North star, with care at the heart of the service we deliver.”
