Inside VMO’s power play for Australia’s premium office audiences

VMO has added seven new office tower sites across Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane, expanding its reach to more affluent, high-value audiences in key CBD locations.

VMO has expanded its national office tower network with seven new sites across Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane, extending its footprint in high-traffic commercial precincts and increasing reach to affluent, AB audiences.

The additions include 70 City Road, Southbank; 470 Collins Street; 584 Swan Street; and Kings Club, 80 Dorcas Street in Melbourne, along with 10 Rudd Street in Canberra and 154 Melbourne Street and 82 Eagle Street in Brisbane.

The expansion strengthens VMO’s national network across key CBD locations, enabling advertisers to connect with professionals and decision-makers during high-attention moments throughout the working week.

“We’re doubling down on growing our office network in direct response to strong demand from advertisers looking to connect with high-value audiences in premium spaces,” said Anthony Deeble, Chief Commercial Officer of The HOYTS Group and VMO.

“We’ve built trusted relationships with commercial partners who recognise the value of our quality network, and it’s this foundation that has enabled us to continue expanding across Australia.”

Paul Butler, Managing Director of VMO, added that the expansion creates greater opportunity for brands to connect with senior professionals: “High exposure to the likes of affluent C-suite professionals creates a powerful opportunity for brands to connect meaningfully and repeatedly with the people who influence major household decisions.”

“Our network delivers exactly that. It places brands directly in front of this audience to make an impact where it matters most, and we’re excited to give brands even greater opportunity to do so,” Butler said.

VMO first expanded its office media network into Australia in September 2024, building on the success of its New Zealand circuit launched in 2014. The latest growth cements its position as a key player in premium digital out-of-home advertising within Australia’s major business districts.
