Host/Havas announce the promotion of Ant Moore as managing director

Host/Havas - Ant Moore

Moore will continue to be hands-on with clients, whilst expanding his responsibilities more broadly for the agency

Host/Havas has announced the promotion of Ant Moore from managing partner to the newly created role of managing director.

Moore has been an instrumental member of the Host/Havas team since joining the agency eight years ago. From being instrumental in creating Australia’s second most popular podcast for the Australian Federal Police to contributing to the win of the hotly contested Tourism Fiji pitch to helping Air New Zealand become Australia’s most trusted brand five years in a row.

Moore will continue to be hands-on with clients, including Reckitt, Tourism Fiji, and the Australian Federal Police, whilst expanding his responsibilities more broadly for the agency.

Moore’s promotion follows Host/Havas’ significant growth in 2022 with a number of new business wins in both creative and CX/data, and a body of highly awarded and globally recognised work across several clients. Most recently the agency announced the appointment of Gayle While as CEO.

Moore said: “I’m really proud of everything we have achieved together, particularly over the past few years and the culture we continue to build at Host/Havas.

“The team here are incredibly talented and certainly make my job easier every day. I’ve been fortunate to learn from and work with some of the best in the industry, and I’m excited by the opportunity to work with Gayle and take my role in the leadership team to the next level.”

James Wright, CEO, Havas Creative Network, said: “Ant has been a crucial player in many of our successes, from developing and fostering the strong client relationships we have, to supporting the delivery of many of our iconic campaigns, to building a winning and fun culture.

“Last year was a prosperous one for the agency, as well the success and recognition our creative work has received (and continues to receive) around the world. With Gayle joining as CEO at Host/Havas, I am excited that Ant will be taking an elevated role in shaping the future of the agency.”
