Australian health-tech company Everlab has appointed Jack Taylor as its public relations agency of record, as the business looks to scale its preventative healthcare model locally and abroad.
Everlab operates on a membership model that blends diagnostics, digital consultations and AI-driven insights, with an emphasis on catching potential health risks early rather than responding after symptoms appear.
Guided by Chief Medical Officer Dr Steven Lu, members have access to screenings such as advanced blood testing, DEXA scans, VO₂ max, ECG, continuous glucose monitoring and even whole-body MRIs. Those results are then paired with personalised prevention plans.

At the centre of the business is its “Protocol” membership, a tier that delivers year-round diagnostics and clinically guided interventions at a lower cost than many traditional healthcare models.
Everlab CEO and founder Marc Hermann said: “At Everlab, we believe good health starts with prevention – and everyone deserves access to it through world-class care. By combining advanced AI with the knowledge of leading clinicians, we’ve built a new kind of health platform that delivers smarter, earlier interventions, helping people take control of their health before symptoms arise.
“Partnering with Jack Taylor allows us to raise awareness, educate, and empower people to take a proactive approach to their wellbeing,” he said.
Jack Taylor’s remit
Jack Taylor began working with Everlab in July and will lead earned media and brand communications in Australia. The agency will support Everlab’s efforts to grow brand awareness among audiences seeking preventative health solutions.
Caroline Chau, general manager at Jack Taylor, said: “Everlab is shaping a new era of healthcare with a personalised, preventative care model already trusted by thousands of Australians. As an agency deeply invested in helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives, we’re proud to support Everlab’s mission and we’re here to help more people discover, access, and benefit from this pioneering proactive health service.”
The appointment follows Everlab’s $15 million seed round led by New York venture capital firm Left Lane Capital. The raise will fund expansion of its clinic network and technology platform, with its flagship Melbourne site joined by partner locations in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Everlab joins Jack Taylor’s client portfolio alongside category-defining health and performance brands including Athletic Brewing, Eight Sleep, Hyperice, Neuro, PILLAR Performance and WHOOP.
