Domain returns to The Block as exclusive property partner for 11th year

As The Block kicks off its 20th season, Domain extends its long-standing integration with Nine’s renovation series.

Domain has returned as the exclusive property partner for Nine’s The Block, marking the eleventh consecutive year of collaboration between the digital property platform and the television franchise.

The latest season of The Block is set in Daylesford, Victoria, a spa town located around 90 minutes from Melbourne.

The series, which consistently draws high ratings for Nine, has become a key part of Domain’s content marketing and audience engagement strategy.

Through the partnership, Domain will again host all property listings related to the show, alongside additional digital content including behind-the-scenes features and weekly updates on the renovation progress.

Domain’s National Property Editor, Alice Stolz, will appear regularly throughout the season. Her segments will include the Domain Open For Inspections, commentary during the Listings Challenge, and participation on the show’s auction panel.

Stolz will also provide market analysis to help contextualise the transformations for viewers. “I’m proud to be part of another season of this iconic program that’s sparked Australians’ love for property and renovation for over 20 years,” she said.

“This season isn’t just about incredible transformations inside the home, the location itself is a showstopper. Just 90 minutes from Melbourne, it’s a region that’s seen phenomenal growth and change in recent years, and viewers are going to love discovering it.”

Marketing activity during spring selling season

The partnership is supported by a broader media and marketing campaign across Nine’s television network and Domain’s digital platforms.

Designed to coincide with the spring real estate cycle, the campaign aims to increase engagement with The Block content while driving traffic to Domain’s listings.

“Block out the remainder of 2025, Domain is your exclusive destination for this season’s hottest property listings,” said Heather McGovern, Domain’s Acting Chief Marketing Officer.

“This collaboration is a cornerstone of our marketing strategy, driving standout brand visibility and real commercial results.”

McGovern added: “We’re raising the bar this year with exclusive access you won’t find anywhere else, giving buyers, sellers and property lovers even more reasons to turn to Domain during one of the busiest seasons in real estate.”

Focus on property trends and audience interest

In addition to serving as a media integration, the partnership also aligns with shifting consumer interest in regional property markets.

Daylesford has experienced strong housing growth in recent years, and The Block’s spotlight on the town may influence buyer interest.

With exclusive access to listings, regular expert analysis, and a long-standing on-screen presence, Domain’s role in the program extends beyond sponsorship, positioning the brand as a central hub for real estate discovery during the show’s broadcast season.
