Chisel naps Krystyna Frassetto as head of growth and strategy

Frassetto joins from her role as managing director of M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Australia.

Chisel has appointed Krystyna Frassetto as head of growth and strategy, marking the start of a new expansion phase for the independent creative production company as it broadens its remit across sport, entertainment and culture.

Frassetto joins from her role as managing director of M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Australia, where she led major brand and cultural initiatives for CommBank, Origin Energy, Woolworths, BWS and the Australian Olympic Committee.

Her arrival comes as Chisel continues to grow following recent client wins including ASICS globally, KPMG, Accor Hotels, Hard Rated, National Rugby League and Botanic Gardens of Sydney.

Expanding beyond production into a full-service cultural model

In her new role, Frassetto will work closely with Chisel’s founders to develop and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy.

She will lead the company’s push beyond its core creative and production work into a broader full-service offering spanning original content, earned-first thinking, social and influencer strategy, sponsorship advisory, and talent and rights management.

“For years, Chisel has been my go-to for content that authentically captures the energy and emotion of sport and entertainment. They’re instinctively plugged into culture – they just get it,” said Frassetto.

“Zak and Pat’s agility and entrepreneurialism has always stood out to me and I’m genuinely excited to be joining the team to help shape what’s next.”

Chisel founders say the move signals a step-change

Zak Kaczmarek, co-founder of Chisel, said the appointment is a major milestone for the company.

“This marks an important moment in Chisel’s evolution. We have always operated at the intersection of culture and creativity, and Krystyna brings the strategic clarity and commercial firepower to accelerate that,” he said.

“She understands how to grow opportunities, open new doors and build momentum, and we are thrilled to have her shaping the future with us.”

Managing partner Isabelle Seeto said brands are increasingly seeking Chisel out for culturally led work that goes beyond traditional content production.

“Brands are increasingly coming directly to us for work that lands in culture – not just content, but ideas, partnerships and storytelling with influence,” Seeto said. “

With Krystyna on board, we’re expanding how we harness the power of sport and entertainment to connect brands, talent and experiences in meaningful ways.”

Chisel has grown into one of Australia’s leading independent creative and production companies, working with brands such as Accor, Gatorade, ASICS, Art Gallery of NSW, RM Williams and Hard Rated.

Frassetto’s appointment strengthens the senior leadership team as the business continues expanding its footprint across culture, creativity and commerce.
