Nova has held onto the #1 spot in Brisbane but it has 4KQ breathing down its neck after losing 0.2 points since survey 6. The breakfast team of AshKipLuttsy and Susie have remained steady on a 13.1% share. Nova continues to dominate the drive slot with the national team of KateTim and Joel who have also remained steady with over 15% of the market share.
Nova is still #1 in the 10-17, 25-39, and 40-54 demographics, but lost the 18-24 demo to B105.

In October Nova Entertainment announced that after an impressive 18 years with the network, Kip Wightman had made the decision to depart the Brisbane breakfast team. Wightman has spent 15 years as co-host of Ash, Kip, Luttsy, and Susie.

4KQ has been the unstoppable force in recent surveys, continuing to gain more and more market share. After gaining 0.4 points in this survey, 4KQ is only 0.2 points away from #1. Breakfast with Laurel, Gary & Mark remains steady at 12.0%. The station remains #1 in the mornings and weekends and continues to rule the older demographics by remaining #1 in 55-64 and 65+.

97.3FM remains at #3 despite adding 0.7 points in this survey. This follows the station being equal #1 in survey 5, as not much separates the top three stations. In breakfast, RobinTerry & Bob remain the #3 commercial program after gaining 0.8 points. In drive, Will and Woody have shot up to be the #2 commercial show in Brisbane after gaining 2.2 points. The station was also equal #1 in the 40-54 demo.

Triple M has moved up to fourth spot after gaining 0.3 points in this survey, this follows its second-lowest market share in the last five years in survey 6. The Big Breakfast with Marto and Margaux is now the equal #5 breakfast show in Brisbane after finishing outright #6 in the last survey when it posted its lowest share in over five years for Triple M’s breakfast slot. Molloy remained the #3 commercial radio show in the drive after gaining 1.3 points.

B105 has slipped to #5 in Brisbane after posting its lowest share in over five years. 
The station’s breakfast show of Stav, Abby and Matt has slipped to #5, a spot it shares with the Triple M breakfast team. Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little have remained steady at 9.7% but have dropped from #2 to #4 in this survey. However, it’s not all bad news, with B105 now #1 in 18-24 after gaining 8.4 points!

4BC remains the #6 commercial station but continues to grain momentum with another positive result, this time adding 0.3 points.
Breakfast with Neil Breen has moved up to the #4 commercial breakfast show after adding 1.2 points.
