“So much goes into making an agency a great place to work from the people we hire, the clients we work for and the benefits we have.

“This award recognises the talent, collaboration, culture and clients that make up our agency. I’d like to thank the incredible and talented people in the agency – a huge thank you to all of you for your hard work, creativity, teamwork and commitment.”

Sling & Stone’s head of people, Fran Chitoriski, noted that they hope to hold on to their PR Week Asia Best Culture title for a second consecutive year.

“Our team culture is the most powerful tool we have to achieve our mission, drive our success, and the success of our clients. We’ve intentionally built a supportive, empowering, and meritocratic environment, guided by our values: Gumption, Build, Tune-In, Play,” Chitoriski told Mediaweek.

“We continually invest in our team, nurture long-term growth, celebrate diversity and strive to create a place where people belong. After all, it is our team’s expertise, passion and creativity which makes our agency and the work we deliver great.
