ARN has appointed Angelo Sinibaldi to the newly created role of director of data product strategy and commercialisation, overseeing the strategy, development and monetisation of the network’s data offerings.
Reporting to Ben Campbell, director of digital strategy, data & digital ventures, Sinibaldi will lead ARN’s commercial data product portfolio. His remit includes developing go-to-market strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and driving new revenue streams through insight-led data products.
ARN’s iHeart platform, the country’s leading digital hub for live radio streaming, podcasts, music and artist radio, currently has three million registered users. The company says its first-party data capabilities provide deep insights into Australians’ demographics, listening habits, behaviours and interests.
Sinibaldi brings 25 years’ experience in senior data roles, including leadership positions at Acxiom, Experian and Australia Post’s former data division, First Direct. Most recently, he was director of data commercialisation and strategy at Nine Entertainment Co. He is also a long-standing member of the IAB Australia Data Council, contributing to the development of industry-wide data standards and infrastructure.
“Digital audio is the fastest growing channel in Australia and globally, with the iHeart Network reaching more than seven million Australians every month,” Campbell said. “The opportunity to leverage ARN and iHeart’s powerful first-party data to enhance how brands connect with our massive audience is enormous. Angelo is one of Australia’s data leaders with deep expertise in this space.”
Sinibaldi said there was “huge potential to unlock value for clients and agencies” through ARN’s data assets. “Australians are consuming more digital audio than ever before. ARN has a leading first-party data asset via its long-standing strategic partnership with iHeart, with deep insight into Australians’ demographics, listening habits, behaviours, and interests,” he said.
He commences in the role today, Monday 11 August 2025.
