Alo Baker returns to Dubbo and Hit93.5

“But nothing compares to my next adventure of returning home to Dubbo”

Alo Baker made a return to his roots this morning as co-host with Pippa Moore on Dubbo’s Hit93.5 breakfast show.

Baker said, “I started my radio career on-air in Dubbo, which kick-started jobs all over Australia. It also led to opportunities for me in television from having my own TV show and being part of major Aussie events.

“But nothing compares to my next adventure of returning home to Dubbo, being back with family and waking up at the crack of dawn with Pippa and the Central West every morning.”

Coming from his current gig as a regional national announcer for the Hit Network on the Gold Coast, Baker returns to Dubbo with great experience and numerous ACRA finalist nominations under his belt.

Dubbo’s general manager for Southern Cross Austereo, Brad Jephcott, said, “I’m very excited to welcome Alo back to Dubbo and the Central West. He will bring an extra level of creativity and talent to the new Hit 93.5 breakfast show, Pippa and Alo.”

Co-host Pippa says, “What a slice of nice it is to be working with Alo! He’s got bags of talent and we’re both Dubbo locals from way back so it’s like a really fun homecoming.”
