Think HQ appoints of Olivier Laude as head of digital

Think HQ

• The agency is committed to infusing excellence in digital integration and innovation for clients

Think HQ has announced the appointment of Olivier Laude to the new role of head of digital as the agency doubles down and expands its digital integration and innovation.

The move reflects the communications agency’s commitment to infusing excellence in digital integration and innovation for clients across all parts of the business.

Laude will work in close collaboration with all other disciplines offered by the agency to lead digital services for clients, oversee all digital projects and consult with clients on their digital ecosystem to maximise ROI.

He joins from CHEP (now CHEP Network), where he spent close to three years overseeing client partner technology and as director, technology consulting.  He has also held senior digital consulting roles at Today Strategic Design and Isobar Australia.

His 20-year career spans working across digital campaigns, products, and platforms in senior roles in Melbourne, Sydney, Paris, and London, and includes delivering major digital transformation programs for ANZ, Tourism Queensland, WorkSafe, Uniting, Jetstar, and Australia Post.

Think HQ founder and managing director Jen Sharpe said: “Olivier creates digital products and platforms that truly help people. He brings a new dimension to our digital team and his appointment reflects the importance we place on digital integration and innovation across all we do.”

“Every Think HQ client will benefit from Oli’s broad-ranging expertise across digital ecosystems strategy, delivery and optimisation, digital communications and emerging technology, and digital products from conception to optimisation,” she added.

Laude said he was drawn to Think HQ’s genuine passion for purpose driven work and commitment to using digital products and platforms to make people’s lives better: “I’m delighted to be joining Think HQ.”

“Think HQ is a unique business, capable of bringing a diverse range of disciplines together to communicate to all communities in Australia and beyond.

“It’s inclusive communication at its best and I’m so excited to meet all the clients and work with them to deliver digital communications, ecosystems and products that truly service their diverse audiences,” he added.

This comes after Think HQ announced its offering to include experiential capabilities and the senior leadership appointment of Emma Keatch as events and activations lead earlier this month.
