Realtime media monitoring company Streem has introduced Streem AI, a suite of artificial intelligence-driven tools embedded in its existing media intelligence platform. The release aims to improve how communications teams search, analyse, and act on media content at scale.
The launch follows Streem’s late 2024 strategic collaboration with Google Cloud and is available immediately to the company’s more than 1,000 corporate and government clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Streem AI offers features including intuitive search capabilities, an AI-powered assistant, and enhanced analytics. The search tool is designed to simplify the process of building media briefs without the need for complex query syntax. Meanwhile, the assistant function supports common tasks such as drafting media releases, social posts, or searching for content, through a conversational interface.
The analytics component provides rapid, AI-enhanced insight generation from large volumes of media content, helping users quickly identify relevant trends or issues.
These new tools expand on Streem’s existing AI features, such as the AI Keyword Suggester, AI Pitches, and the proprietary React Score, all introduced in 2024.
Leon Hudson, Managing Director at Streem, said the AI tools were developed with direct input from clients: “Streem has taken a considered approach when it comes to the integration of AI functionality within its platform, which has been shaped by speaking with our customers to support their changing roles.”
Streem AI is now live across all platforms for new and existing users.
