Salomon partners with Beyond The Valley for festival’s 10th birthday

Salomon joins Beyond The Valley as an official partner, launching run clubs ahead of and during the 2025 festival.

Salomon has joined Beyond The Valley as an official partner for the festival’s 10th anniversary, adding a series of community run clubs ahead of and during the 28 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 event at Barunah Plains, Victoria.

The partnership brings together the brand’s focus on performance and outdoor culture with the festival’s camping audience. It gives festival-goers several chances to trial Salomon gear and connect with the broader BTV community.

Run clubs leading into and during BTV

In the lead-up to the festival, Salomon is running two Run to the Valley sessions on Saturday six and Saturday thirteen December at 10:30am. The series launched last weekend with a run from Albert Park in Melbourne.

Attendees can test Salomon’s new gravel running collection, enjoy music from a BTV resident DJ, and enter for the chance to win tickets to the sold-out festival. Registration is available via BTV’s sign-up links.

During the festival, Salomon will host Run The Valley each morning from Monday twenty-nine to Wednesday thirty-one December at 9:30am. Runners will meet at The Lounge Room, BTV’s cultural hub, before taking a reset run through the festival grounds and campgrounds.

Brand alignment and audience fit

“Salomon is excited to team up with Beyond The Valley to launch our first ever festival run club. Performance, innovation and community are at the core of who we are, so this collaboration couldn’t be a better fit,” said Briony Kent, Head of Marketing Salomon ANZ.

“We’re excited to bring that energy to the festival with run sessions that bring people together and introduce a whole new crowd to the Salomon universe.”

Casey Serrao, Director of Marketing at Untitled Group, said the partnership reflects the brands’ shared audience: “Beyond The Valley and Salomon are a natural fit. We identified a strong opportunity to unite both brands and deliver meaningful touchpoints for our audience – both in the lead-up to the festival and onsite.”

Serrao added that festival-goers were already engaging with the brand: “Our patrons are either already wearing Salomons or aspiring to, so the partnership felt authentic from day one. The collaboration integrates seamlessly into the BTV experience, enhances the culture our BTV brand is already driving, and gives Salomon meaningful access to our Gen-Z–first community.”

Competition and consumer promotion

To mark the partnership, Salomon and BTV are offering a competition for the ultimate festival package. The prize includes two four-day entry tickets, two premium camping passes, a premium camp vehicle pass, return flights to Melbourne, and four pairs of Salomons.
