Don’t know how to find an influencer with a credible track record? Well, say goodbye to that problem.
Creators Guild of America has launched Mosaic, a new global credentialing platform designed to bring structure, verification and legitimacy to the creator economy.
The platform introduces a centralised system for documenting creative work, giving creators a verified public record and a universal identifier across platforms.
Building infrastructure for creators
Mosaic aims to address long-standing gaps in how creators prove their work and professional standing, introducing three core pillars: verified credits, authentication and legitimacy.
At its core is a Creator ID, a universal alphanumeric identifier that connects creators to their work, collaborators and professional history, independent of any single platform.

Daniel Abas
Daniel Abas, Founder and President of the Creators Guild of America, said the platform responds to a fragmented creator ecosystem.
“Today, a creator’s professional record is scattered across platforms they don’t own… Mosaic changes that. It gives every creator a verified, public body of work and a universal identity that belongs to them.”
“Meanwhile, it’s getting harder for anyone to prove what is real and who to trust. Mosaic changes that. It gives every creator a verified, public body of work and a universal identity that belongs to them. We’ve been preparing for this moment since the day we founded the CGA,” Abas said.
From handles to verified work
The platform replaces reliance on social handles and private contracts with a public, project-based credit system verified by third-party collaborators.
Creators can also attribute teams behind their work, including producers, editors, and writers, giving visibility to the broader creative ecosystem that is often hidden behind individual profiles.

Justine Ezarik
Justine Ezarik, Board Member at the Creators Guild of America and technology creator known as @iJustine, said the platform fills a key industry gap.
“We don’t always see the writers, producers, editors and videographers behind the scenes… having a platform that properly credits the entire team feels like a missing piece of the creator puzzle.”
Trust becomes currency
The launch comes as AI-generated content and deepfakes increase pressure on the industry to verify authorship and authenticity.
The Creators Guild of America said Mosaic has been designed with content provenance at its core, aligning with broader industry initiatives focused on authenticity and verification.

Luke Arrigoni
Luke Arrigoni, Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Loti AI, said Creator ID could play a key role in protecting creator identity.
“Creator ID will be an invaluable asset to the work we’re doing at Loti to help safeguard the identities of our creator clients,” Arrigoni said.
“The latest AI image and video generation tools are exponentially increasing the potential for misuse… Creator ID offers native infrastructure for tracking and authorising these elements.”
A more mature creator economy
The platform is currently in beta, with more than 12,000 creators already registered through the Creators Guild of America and being onboarded into early access.

Ben Jeffries
Ben Jeffries, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Influencer, said the move signals a shift toward a more structured creator economy.
“The creator economy is shaping the next chapter of marketing,” Jeffries stated.
“Creators are redefining how brands earn attention and trust, and platforms like Mosaic bring the structure and recognition the industry needs.”
