NOVA Entertainment has renewed its partnership with Australian podcast business Podshape.

The long-term deal will focus on amplifying Podshape’s original series and branded content on the Nova Podcasts network.

Podshape joined the network on January 1, 2023 and has since delivered consistent audience growth, achieving over 12 million Australian downloads across its podcast titles.

Adam Johnson, chief growth officer at NOVA Entertainment, described Podshape’s ability to create shows that connect with audiences as “unparalleled”.

“Extending this partnership means NOVA can continue to offer brilliant content to listeners and deeper ways for advertisers to connect with those audiences,” he said.

“We love working with the Podshape team and are excited for what’s next.”

Podshape on continued collaboration

Jay Walkerden and Katie Mattin, co-founders of Podshape, said Nova’s support has enabled them to connect with new listeners and elevate the impact of their content.

Since launching in 2020, Podshape has produced original and branded audio content across genres including true crime, lifestyle and health.

Podshape’s most popular shows to date include Our Little Edey, Secrets of the Underworld,
Your Morning Mantra and She Rises with Ashy and Tijana.
