Kevin Kivi, a media agency executive with over 25 years of experience in Australia, Canada, and the US, has launched True North Executive Coaching & Leadership. The new consultancy aims to help leaders in the advertising and media sector navigate complexity and change with greater clarity and purpose.

Having held senior leadership roles at agencies including Carat, Mediacom, and Mindshare, Kivi has led major client accounts across North America and Australia. His experience spans work with global brands such as Procter & Gamble, Ford, Mars Wrigley, Tim Hortons, and Bayer Healthcare.
