This week, Rhian Allen’s The Healthy Mummy is launching The Healthy Man, a new health website to support Australian men achieve their health and weight loss goals.
Also this week, Are Media launches the third issue of the successful Healthy Mummy magazine available in newsagencies and supermarkets from Thursday 25 March.
After the success of the first and second issues, the magazine is back with more real life stories and transformations, budget recipes, at-home fitness workouts and tips to get your partner on board in a better together feature.
The Healthy Mummy business continues to expand its offering with the launch of The Healthy Man website and new Healthy Man Meal Replacement.
The business incorporates a skincare line called The Healthy Mummy SKIN, a new meal-delivery service called Meals To You. In 2018, the business expanded globally into the UK in 2018 and the USA in 2019.
Allen (pictured above) employs a global team of over 150 staff including nutritionists and fitness experts.
In Australia, there are over 1.5 million mums in The Healthy Mummy community.
Allen, founder of the company, is passionate about helping mums enjoy a healthier lifestyle and says when a mum gets on board The Healthy Mummy journey, there can be benefits for the whole family.
