MiQ announces promotions and appointments to the programmatic media business

Stuart Parker and Hannah Cooper have been promoted to commercial directors

MiQ managing director ANZ, Fiona Roberts, announced the promotions of Stuart Parker and Hannah Cooper as commercial directors for the programmatic media business.

Parker, who is currently national sales director at MiQ responsible for independent agencies NSW and Victoria and client direct, will add Queensland and New Zealand to his remit as commercial director ANZ.

Cooper, who is currently director – Advanced TV, Australia and Holding Groups NSW and Victoria, will add MiQ’s South Australia and Western Australia client portfolio in her new role as commercial director Australia Holding Companies.

In addition to the new roles, Roberts also announced four new sales leaders have joined MiQ.

Katie Mackay joins MiQ as sales director – Victoria Independents, reporting to Parker. She was previously senior sales manager at Quantcast.

Aimee Gossage joins as sales director, Queensland reporting to Madison Wappett. She was previously sales director at Quantcast.

Maria Baca Castex, comes to MiQ as senior sales manager, NSW Holding Companies, reporting to Cooper. She was previously client engagement director at Finecast.

Mia Marasco joins as sales manager – Victoria Independents reporting to Parker. She was previously sales manager at Fabulate.

Roberts said of the new appointments: “As we continue to provide our customers and our people with the engagement experience they have come to expect from MiQ and as my role broadens across the business, I am delighted to promote Stuart and Hannah to commercial directors.

Each has well and truly earned the opportunity through their continued passion and determination to deliver the very best for their clients, their teams, and MiQ and I look forward to continuing to work closely with both,” Roberts said.

“As our business expands through the region, we have also brought in additional resource and strong experience to MiQ with the appointment of four new sales leaders, who will play an important role in our growth story which will include New Zealand in 2023 and beyond,” she added.

All appointments are effective immediately.

Roberts, previously MiQ’s commercial director, was promoted to ANZ managing director in July, following Jason Scott’s elevation to CEO APAC, adding Southeast Asia to his leadership remit.
